Our lean data principles mean we have a small window into the lives, habits and motivations of our Firefox users. Come join us to see how we applied the data we have from GA, Telemetry and Accounts to better understand our users' interests, what stage of the lifecycle they are in and how to best serve to their unique needs. Our core investment around audience segmentation means we will focus on the ability to see and speak our users as groups of individuals rather than a one-size-fits-all model, which is going to be the most efficient and effective way to meet our long-term Firefox user retention goals.
